You are our number one priority and you deserve the service to match. Our team will put you ‘the customer’ central to our operation and we will strive to meet the exacting standards below:
1. After Sales Queries:
a. To respond to you in a speedy manner:
We work and will meet the following targets, our honesty and transparency extends to us giving you monthly updates to tell you how we’re getting on
- To answer at least 80% of calls within 20 seconds
- To reply to 80% of e-mails the same day and 100% within 2 working days
- To reply to letters within 7 working days
- Wherever possible to resolve queries at the first point of contact.
b. We will provide informed and courteous advice:
We guarantee that:
- Your contact with us will be answered by a knowledgeable person, someone who is well versed in the products we sell. However there may be a questions we can’t answer. If we don’t know an answer to a question a colleague will
- You will always be spoken to in a polite and professional manner.
2. Technical Queries:
