What happens on the day
You should make your way to Embankment Pier for the boarding time. You'll be asked to present your voucher to Reception, who will issue you with a boarding card for the cruise. Make sure you're not late or the boat will go without you! You'll board the boat to relax and enjoy your indulgent Jazz Lunch Cruise before finally disembarking at Waterloo Pier.
Boarding: 12:00 hrs
Prompt Departure: 12:30 hrs
Disembark at Waterloo Pier at 15:00hrs

- Minimum age: 5. (Under 18s need parental/guardian consent.) No prams or pushchairs are permitted on board. A children's menu is available for 5-11 year olds
