What happens on the day
Deluxe Makeover
On the day, you'll be greeted at reception at your chosen location and enjoy a range of treatments as you relax in the friendly and fun surroundings! Your experience gives you the most complete makeover available in the UK, all delivered by the UK's greatest professionals in a magical setting. What could be more enjoyable? If you feel like splashing out and treating yourself then bring some extra spending money on the day as there are plenty of opportunities to buy make-up, hair products and additional photos. Alternatively, you might prefer to leave the plastic at home and just sit back and enjoy the transformation!
Please be aware that you might spend some time waiting between different parts of the experience, so bring a good book and enjoy the chance to relax!

Beauty Treatment
On arrival, some centres may take you through a short medical questionnaire. Your aromatherapy massage therapist may give you a choice of massage oils. If opting for a manicure or pedicure you may need to allow extra time for your nails to dry.
