Whether you're slicing meat, dicing vegetables or carving the Sunday Roast, a sharp blade makes cutting effortless. AnySharp restores a super sharp cutting edge to blunt knife blades that have dulled with use.
AnySharp is an ingenious device, featuring a PowerGrip suction base which fixes it to pretty much any flat surface. Just push down the lever and you're ready to sharpen.
The AnySharp needs only light pressure to remove very fine amounts of metal from the blade, and with slightly more pressure, will make short work of restoring even the bluntest knife.
Just put your knife into the sharpening jaw, apply a light pressure, and pull the knife slowly towards you.
Do remember, very little pressure is needed with AnySharp and to wipe the knife before use.

"I really can't recommend this sharpener highly enough. I've tried umpteen different products: ceramic sharpening wheels, whetstones, drystones, sharpening steels, stainless steel sharpeners... the list goes on. They all, to some degree, work - but nothing works like this sharpener. I've sharpened each and every single one of my knives (from a tiny paring knife up to a huge cleaver) - and did the infamous 'tomato test.' I got a bit carried away and carved my way through a full 6 pack of tomatoes! But each and every single knife now cuts through the softest of fruit and veg without squashing it. Raw meat is like cutting butter and cooked meat is effortless. I take it with me whenever I go to work (am a chef and all they supply us with are those useless steels which I've never been able to get to grips with). Really can't recommend it highly enough - I've even bought some for my mother in law because when I go to cook there, I reckon that she planes the doors with her knives, they are so blunt. A quick 2 or 3 drags though the sharpener brings all of her knives back to life."
