"Excellent service, my kettle arrived very quickly. Beautiful looking kettle, if a little larger than I expected. It works really well, but still dribbles a bit, from the built in filter I suspect. It seems perform a full boil faster than an 80 or 90 deg boil, which seems very strange. It is a little unwieldy to handle at first, especially if the main tank is full, and you want a cupful. The balance is wrong. Otherwise I am really quite happy with it."

"Bought one of these recently from Gizoo and am delighted with it. It replaced a 3kw kettle - did a like for like test today, boiled 500ml of water in both. We have an electricity meter that measures usage in £s, the Eco 3 boiled in 1min 20 sec, the big brand non-eco took 1min 55sec and used more electricity - at least 25% more. So it takes less time to boil and uses less electricity. I agree with the balance comment from previous reviewer - it is top heavy. It does take longer to heat to 90 deg but it switches the element on and off, and is using no electricity when it clicks off (according to electricity meter). Again, agree it seems strange that you can boil quicker! Also, it is possible to boil the entire contents of the kettle if you want to boil a large amount of water - explained easily in the instructions. Great product, great service from Gizoo - delighted so far, thanks."
