"This is the second AV sender I have purchased. Having tested this one and the OneforAll which it competes against this is the best. The picture quality (terrible in my flat on the OneforAll) was perfect digital quality. Also (and VERY important these days) this unit does NOT AFFECT my household Wifi connection. The OneforAll wiped out all signals. I have only two gripes 1. The units bases light up with a blue led glow. This may look great in the showroom but do you really want to be kept awake all night by the blue glow? 2. The remote control extender works perfectly with the tv remote but (as per this sites warning) does NOT transmit Virgin NTL or Telewest signals which is a shame. Great for taking a particular film to bed with but not so good if you genuinely wanted to extend your cable into the bedroom. So for the moment a great deal in a box for the price, lets hope they resolve the Virgin remote extenders in future versions. "

Plugged it in and on channel 1 the best signal was found. No issues with cordless phones or wireless network. Picture is fantastic. It fuzzes slightly when I walk past it which isnt an issue as when sitting on the couch in my garage conversion it it crystal clear. From spending hours messing about with the other ones, plugging this in. moving in for ten seconds and bang we have a picture and the ability to flick sky channels from the conversion is fab."

"I'f just bought a freesat box to make use of a previously redundant sattelite dish. I looked at this product as an alternative to installing lengthy cabling from the dish to our main TV room. Decided to go for two so I could also view on the upstairs TV and use the second transmitter with my freeview box. One worked perfectly - and I'm really pleased with picture quaility and remote control response. With the second the IR extender (which receives the remote control signal) failed to work. I contacted customer support and a replacement was put in the post straight away(no need to return the faulty one). I received this a few days later and am please to say its working fine and I'm now happily using both to transmit both freesat and freeview programmes around the house. "I live in a house with stone walls and various appliances and corridor between the two video senders. So it took a little bit of tweaking to find what worked best. I re-positioned the devices at each end and must have tried lots of requencies before settling on one that was crystal clear. This works pretty well for the price, you do get the occasional blip but nothing serious. The main thing that marks this down as a 4 rather than 5 star product is the cables are just too short. This means you have very little choice about where the sender and receiver units go. Consequently I have bought myself a 5 metre scart extension lead so that the sending end can be positioned somewhere else. I expect when that is running the performance of this unit will be better as there will be only 10ft between the two units and just one stone wall and breeze block wall. Even so this is a very good value for money item and I can imagine in houses with thin internal walls (unlike mine) the range and performance would be excellent."

"Firstly, thanks to the other reviewers who wrote before me ... you really put my mind at rest that this would be a good purchase. I wanted the product so that we could transmit Sky+ tv into a TV in our bedroom, which is directly above the lounge where the sky+ box lives, but we didn't want to have to drill lots of holes in walls and run lots of cable etc. We don't need to watch both tvs seperately (i.e. like you'd be able to do with sky multiroom) so this seemed like the perfect product as it simply bounces what you would view on the tv with the sky box plugged into it to a different tv in the house. The sender and receiver are really easy to set up ... it was pretty much a case of plug and play. The sender could plug into the spare scart on the back of the sky+ box and as we don't have anything else attached to the TV upstairs the receiver could just plug into the only scart available on that tv. There are 4 channels to choose from on the sender and receiver (you have to choose the same channel on each unit) and so the only amendments we had to make once all plugged in was to play around with the channels to find the one with least interferance (we started with 1 and worked our way down the channel selecters to 4, 4 seemed to work the best for us) and we also played around with the location of the sender and receiver themseleves (i.e. trying them in and out of tv cabinets to get best signal - out of cabinet so little wire aerial is out in the open worked best for us). We can now take our sky+ remote control upstairs to bed and watch live Sky tv. I thought we might only be able to transmit live tv and would have been happy with that, but I'm very happy to report that the Sky+ retains all control functions over the wireless AV sender (so it can pause live tv, rewind/fastforward and play anything off the sky planner or Sky anytime). The instructions in the little booklet that come with the product seemed clear enough to help with set up ... but my husband and I are fairly ofay with things like this so didn't really need to refer, however I think that you would find set up easy even if you were a bit of a technophobe. A great product and I would definately buy again or recommend to friends"

The only problem I had was that it used the same frequency as my mobile broadband, but this was easily resolved by simply switching channels. "Having previously purchased a different AV sender from another company and found it's performance to be less than satisfactory - lots of interference and poor IR control - I was a little unsure about this purchase. It's very reasonable price and it's high frequency range (which I thought should eliminate interference) convinced me to give it a try. I was not dissapointed. Set up was simple as I expected. There was slight interference on start up but this was completely removed by a slight rotation in the reciever's position. Picture and sound were then perfect and there was no interference on walking infront of the unit. The infared control of my remote Sky HD+ box is superb although the key presses can be heard on the TV - this is only momentarily and is of no consequence. The only thing I would have liked is for the transmitter Scart plug to be of the "lead through" type as, of course, this plug does "use up" one of the Sky Box's Scart outputs. Since the box's HDMI output is used for the adjacent TV, this is not a problem. All-in-all an excellent buy!"

"Bought this Wireless AV Sender after having SKY installed and not being able to view TV upstairs in the bedroom without having to pay over £10 per month for Multiroom connection even after I had paid for full installation and didnt require it. Whilst browsing the digital box sets and aerials at Sainsburys, a really kind helpful staff member recommended that I purchase a wireless AV sender online, which I did through Gizoo. "I can highly recommend this AV sender, I use it to send DVD TV an Internet vis Archos (it works further than my wifi signal, I dont usually review items, but the sender is great but the customer service is SUPERB, I have had this unit for about a year and stupidly damaged a cable using the vacuum cleaner (dont ask) didnt know what to do, but called the customer service and they have arranged a replacement cable for a reasonable post/handling charge, very relieved, Highly recommended all round 10/10!!!!!"

"After reading these reviews, I decided to buy the wireless av sender. Unfortunately I have suffered alot of interference, not just walking past the tv either. I thought initially it may have something to do with my wireless internet connection, however, I switched this off and the constant crackling and reverting to a blue screen continued. Not sure whether this is down to a scart connection, surely if this was the case another lead would have been included. Its now giving me a headache, so much so, its being turned off and I will be returning it."
