Fast, Flexible Delivery Options
Our aim is always to get your order to you as quickly as we can, and in the best possible condition.
We're really fast at getting your order out to you – the majority are sent out the day they are placed (except at weekends / bank holidays when our warehouse team get some time off).
Here’s a summary of the services we offer:
Expected Delivery: 2 days after dispatch
Standard Delivery is Free for orders over £10

|Saturday||£9.95||Hermes||Expected Delivery: Saturday, for orders before 3.00pm Friday|
Our standard delivery service is provided by Royal Mail, and usually arrives 2 days after we’ve sent your order. We'll let you know by email as soon as your order is on its way to you, so you can arrange to be there when it arrives. If you’re not in when your order arrives, and it doesn’t fit through your letterbox, you’ll be able to collect your parcel from your local Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.
Express & Saturday Delivery
Although our Standard delivery service is pretty speedy, we understand that sometimes you may want your order even more quickly, and we’re also able to offer Express Delivery & Saturday Delivery options.
Costs just £5.95, and if you place your order before 3:00pm Monday to Thursday, it will arrive with you the next working day. That means if you order at 1pm on a Tuesday, you’ll get your order on Wednesday, however if you order at 4pm on Friday, your order won't arrive until the following Tuesday (as it won’t be collected from us until Monday).
All Express Delivery orders are sent with our courier partner, Hermes, and you’ll need to be in to sign for your order. If you’re not in, the driver will leave a card with details of how you can collect your order, or arrange for it to be redelivered.
Costs £9.95, and will arrive with you on the following Saturday, as long as your order is placed before 3:00pm on Friday.
Saturday Delivery orders are sent with our courier partner, Hermes, and you’ll need to be in to sign for your order. If you’re not in, the driver will leave a card with details of how you can collect your order, or arrange for it to be redelivered.
Points to note:
We currently only deliver orders to UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands addresses.
All the dates and times shown above assume that any items you’re ordering are in stock at the time you place the order. If items are out of stock, the date we expect stock to arrive will be displayed. Our warehouse and courier partners don’t collect or deliver orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays, so please bear this in mind when placing your order. Our deliveries will also be affected by severe weather, such as heavy snow falls, but Royal Mail and our couriers will always do their best to get orders to you as quickly as they can.
Large or heavier items and higher value orders
If your order contains large or heavy items and for higher value orders, we’ll always send your item with our courier partner, Hermes, and you’ll need to be in to sign for your order. If you’re not in, the driver will leave a card with details of how you can collect your order, or arrange for it to be redelivered
We will ship pre-orders as soon as stock is available. You will be notified if there is any significant change to the expected arrival date of your pre-order.
Seasonal demand (around Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas), may sometimes delay the delivery of your order. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods - we will place prominent notices on our site informing you of final delivery dates for Christmas and other major occasions.
For Standard Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland, please be aware there may be a few days delay.
Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email or phone, please ensure you enter your details correctly when placing your order. If you selected our Standard Delivery option when placing your order, please allow 7 working days from the day we confirm dispatch for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived 7 working days after dispatch, our Customer Service team we will happily send a replacement out to you.
