Delivery Options
Please select your required delivery method during the checkout process.
We offer several delivery options that you can choose between, you will receive a notification by email when your order has been sent so that you are aware when to expect delivery.

Please note we currently only accept orders to UK delivery addresses.

Express Delivery
Express Delivery orders will arrive the next day if all items are shown as “In Stock” and the order is placed before 3.30pm Mon-Thurs.
Express and Saturday Delivery is only available for orders to mainland UK addresses.
Orders placed after 3.30pm will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3.30pm on Thursday will be despatched the following Monday.
Orders over £80
Please note that any order over £80 regardless of delivery method will require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
Pre-Orders
We will ship pre-orders as soon as stock is available. You will be notified if there is any significant change to the expected arrival date of your pre-order.
Seasonal Variations
Seasonal demand (around Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas), may sometimes delay the delivery of your order. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods - we will place prominent notices on our site informing you of final delivery dates for Christmas and other major occasions.
For Standard Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland, please be aware there may be a few days delay.
Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email or phone, please ensure you enter your details correctly when placing your order. If you selected our Standard Delivery option when placing your order, please allow 5 working days from the day we confirm dispatch for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived 5 working days after dispatch, our Customer Service team we will happily send a replacement out to you.
